1. Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between you and Forever Frenchies of North Branch, Minnesota ("we," "us," "our") and apply to your use of this website and to inquiries you make through it. By using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. The website is information, not an offer

Everything on this site — dogs shown, litters announced, expected due dates, planned pairings, and prices — is provided for information and may change at any time without notice. A listing on this site is not a promise that a particular puppy, stud, or breeding is or will remain available. Availability is first come, first served and is only secured as described below.

3. Signed agreements control

Puppy purchases, stud services, and Guardian Home placements are each governed by their own written agreement (such as our Puppy Purchase Contract, Stud Contract, or Guardian Home agreement). If anything on this website differs from a signed agreement between us, the signed agreement controls. Sample contracts posted on this site are for reference only and may differ from the final version you sign.

4. Reservations and fees

Puppies may be reserved with a $500 reservation fee, and stud services may be booked with a $500 booking fee. Unless your signed agreement says otherwise, these fees hold your place and are not refundable if you change your mind. Stud fees do not include shipping. Sales tax and shipping, where they apply, are additional. If we cannot deliver what you reserved, we will work with you on a replacement or the remedy described in your agreement.

5. Living animals

We breed for health, structure, and temperament, and we stand behind our dogs. Even so, dogs are living animals: color, size, coat, temperament, show potential, and breeding outcomes can never be guaranteed on a website. Any health guarantee we offer is only the one written in your signed purchase or service agreement.

6. Applications and forms

When you submit an application or form on this site (for example the Guardian Home Application), you agree that the information you provide is truthful and complete. We may decline any application at our sole discretion, and submitting a form does not create an agreement or reserve an animal.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to break or overload it, submitting false or automated applications, scraping content, or using the site in any unlawful way.

8. Photos and content

The photos, text, and materials on this site belong to Forever Frenchies or are used with permission. You may not copy, sell, or republish them without our written permission. You are welcome to share links to the site.

9. Outside links and social media

The site links to third-party services such as Facebook and Instagram. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Minnesota law, Forever Frenchies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our total liability connected with the website will not exceed the amount you have paid us, if anything. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow us to limit, or anything promised in a signed agreement.

11. Indemnity

You agree to hold Forever Frenchies harmless from claims that arise out of your misuse of this website or your violation of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, and any dispute about the website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.

13. Severability and changes

If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above always reflects the current version, and continued use of the site means you accept the update.
